WHAT NOW?

After completing medical treatment of cancer, we have a choice!

We can go back to our “normal” life, the life which we lived before we got diagnosed and treated for cancer, into our same habits and routines OR we can take a step back and look at how we think, feel and act in life, and make a few changes, healthier changes.

The experience of a cancer diagnosis and treatment journey changes how we look at life, how we see ourselves, how we fear and how we love.

“Normal life” holds reassurance of a known way of living, but normal life resulted cancer!? If we change nothing, how can we expect a different result from the same actions.

Cancer can offer a sacred gift of a deeper relationship to appreciate life, value our relationships and nourish our bodies.

I created WITH FIERCE COMPASSION as an evidence based approach and philosophy which offers you a chance to learn about yourself, experiment with evidence based health modalities and deepen your health, not only physically but mentally and “the ground zero of our health” emotionally.

I offer a coaching protocol called WITH FIERCE COMPASSION which was experientially born of my own experience with cancer, aligned to evidence based research and focussed on your individual needs, preferences and health.

I am your coach, your guide, your mentor and your greatest cheer leader in reframing cancer as the greatest gift you experienced! Although this statement might be challenging to digest at the moment, its a journey into redefining what happened to you, and ultimately redefining yourself! A healthier, happier more alive and fulfilled person!

Coaching Program | 1-on-1 Coaching

SESSION: 1

Understanding you and your needs are the primary focus of this session. I provide a safe space for you to share your story. Knowing where you are emotionally & mentally in reconciling your cancer journey allows me to provide you with personalised support, by way of learning, information, and guidance.

SESSION: 2

Engaging with our mind and our emotions can enhance our immune system. I will provide a light introduction into Epigenetics and Psychoneuroimmunology, for a broader understanding of how to influence your health. This session demonstrates different techniques which you can adopt, to support yourself on your post cancer journey.

SESSION: 3

In this session, we will complete your Enneagram. This is a motivation profiling-tool, to help you understand yourself better. This level of insight into your thoughts, feelings, and behaviour will help you to identify your needs, and navigate important decisions in making health orientated changes. It is also the starting point to building your self-compassion, to give yourself grace, when it is most needed, as that is where change can begin. We leave the must, should and have to outside the door!

SESSION: 4

Emotionally agile people are known to tolerate higher levels of stress, make better decisions, have stronger relationships, be more creative and and proven to live longer. This session introduces and develops that skill by sharing insight, wisdom and evidence to manage your thoughts and feelings. We explore your emotional habits, and what you can do to influence these for the better.

SESSION: 5

We combine all the learning from our previous sessions to highlight your health strengths and assist you to custom design a post treatment health plan that’s right for you. You will lead this creative session, selecting only those tools which resonate with you the most. We will test and explore them, for a programme that will give you the best possible mental and emotional support.

SESSION: 6

You have accomplished important work these past 6 or 12 weeks. Building anchors, which are going to support you and provide stability for the journey ahead. In our final session, we address any personal challenges you might be facing, including with the material, and explore alternative tools and solutions.

Group Program | 4 x Webinars

SESSION 1: Introduction

Introduction to WITH FIERCE COMPASSION Program. In this session I introduce myself through a lived experience, supply workbooks and guidance to work through them, an overview of supporting evidence, wellbeing science & resources and finally the role of personal growth in using tools & processes in a pathway to integrate the information into your life as experience.

SESSION 2: How we are wired

SESSION 4: Emotional agility and the Permission to FEEL

Emotionally agile people are known to tolerate higher levels of stress, make better decisions, have stronger relationships, improve creativity, foster a significantly improved state of wellbeing. This session introduces and develops that skill by sharing insight, wisdom and evidence to manage your thoughts and feelings. We explore your emotional habits, and what you can do to influence these for the better.

Self-paced Program | 21 Day Program

An automated email program allows those with busy schedules to work through a self paced process. Each week day you will receive an email with one theme per day to work through when it suits you! Your capacity and timing dictates the depth of your experience and digestion of the material and tools.

AD HOC, needs based support & Enneagram profiling can be added to deepen you experience.
